Board-certified in podiatric medicine and foot and ankle surgery, Joseph Morgan, DPM, provides care to the communities of Midland, Odessa, and Pecos, Texas, at Permian Basin Foot and Ankle. He has extensive experience in forefoot, hindfoot, and ankle surgery, including trauma, reconstruction, arthroscopy, ankle arthroplasty, and limb salvage.
A graduate of the University of Mary Hardin in Baylor, Texas, Dr. Morgan went on to receive a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. He completed three years of residency training at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Texas, just outside of Dallas, where he received surgical training from highly respected podiatrists and orthopedic surgeons.
Dr. Morgan is the founder of Permian Basin Foot and Ankle. He has hospital affiliations with Odessa Regional Medical Center and Medical Center Hospital Odessa, Midland Memorial Hospital, Reeves County Hospital in Pecos, and Yoakum County Hospital in Denver City. He is a member of the American College of Podiatric Medicine.
In addition to being a motivated and hardworking provider, Dr. Morgan enjoys raising his family in the Midland-Odessa area, which is his wife’s hometown.
